Essay

The dissertation work is devoted to the problems of the theoretical-methodical fundamentals of implementation of the Olympic education into schoolchildren educational process. There is developed and theoretically substantiated a structural-functional model for integration of the Olympic education into schoolchildren educational process. There is revealed the impact of the Olympic education onto the complex of core indices in the schoolchildren educational process: educational achievements level, scale of participation in physical culture; scope of engagement in art-esthetic activities, possible manifestation of anti-social behaviours, sickness rate. There is developed a system of pedagogical staff preparation of different categories intended for implementation of the Olympic education into schoolchildren educational process.
