The thesis is devoted to the research of the problem of improvement of professional training of future officers-borderguards by means of realization of the theoretical model and the pedagogical conditions of formation of future officers-borderguards’ military and organizational skills within the educational process. While researching the essence, the content and the structure of future officers-borderguards’ military and organizational skills have been specified; the criteria, indices and levels of formation of future officers-borderguards’ military and organizational skills have been improved. The theoretical model of formation of future officers-borderguards’ military and organizational skills has been elaborated.
