A mathematical model of multivariant quality management is developed, which allows forming the interested parties requirements to quality of management projects through the variety of measurable indexes and to decide tasks on their achievement. The quality indexes of management projects are classified in section of project management system components (methodological, technological, information). Оffered the method of multivariant quality management, which allows forming the possible variants of actions execution on providing of quality management in the fixed budget. The actions execution on providing of quality management classified in section of each quality index.
