Essay

The research is devoted to the problem of developing reflective skills of pedagogical University students in the process of a pedagogical practice. The contents and structure of reflective skills are considered. The levels of their developing are substantiated (high, sufficient, intermediate, elementary), their qualitative characteristics are given. The effectiveness of the program of developing reflective skills of the students is scientifically grounded and experimentally tested. The basis of this program is a model of organizing a reflective activity of students under the whole complex of pedagogical conditions of organizing a pedagogical practice. The stages of realizing this program are defined (I stage ?preparatory, II stage ? principal, III stage ? estimating (rating). The approbation of the developed problem proved positive dynamics of the level of reflective skills formation and expediency of using the materials of this research.
