Object of research - the cumulative physiological affect of forensic study. The purpose of research - development of psychological and institutional and legal framework of forensic experts to establish the presence of the act of cumulative physiological affect. Methods of research - theoretical, empirical, methods of mathematical statistics. Scientific innovation - set the objective and subjective difficulties that hinder investigators and judges paying due attention to the physiological state affect as determinants of violent crime and others. Practical value - the proposed changes to the Criminal Code of Ukraine and the Criminal Procedural Code of Ukraine (the act of implementation of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on justice number 3 / 2523 of 09.10.2010) and others. Subject and implementation - results of research used in the practice of the courts and in the educational process. Efficiency - acts of implementation indicate positive evaluations of application of research results. Field of use - law enforcement and training process to improve the consideration of crimes related to psychological hotovniistyu policemen to work in extreme situations.
