Essay

Dissertation focuses on the use of innovative teaching methods in the formation of future economists' professional competence. The state of the problem in scientific and technical and pedagogical theory and practice, analysis of influence made by different factors on formation of students-economists' professional competence. Theoretically grounded and experimentally proved that the implementation of case-studies teaching methodology in teaching professional disciplines for future economists improve their training, and contribute to the formation integrated components of their professional competence. The effectiveness of methodology of economists' professional competence has been discovered and experimentally proved with case-studies teaching methodology; the effectiveness of the cumulative one hundred scale for comparative assessment of students by traditional methods, and case studies is grounded; author's situational exercises for professional use in teaching economic disciplines have been designed.
