The object of the research: system of education in USSR in 20s in the ХХ century. The purpose of the dissertation consists in complex research of all aspects and components of formation and development of industrial-technical education in USSR in 20s in ХХ century, establishment of its features and positive tendencies. Methods: problem-chronological, inductive, logical-analytical, comparative, historical-typological, retrospective. Scientific novelty: the process of formation and development and the structure of industrially-technical education in Ukraine in 1920s first studied fully and in detail in the dissertation on the basis of analysis of wide range of sources and literature. The practical value of the dissertation: the materials of the dissertation can be used during development of the national concept and model of education, reforming of a network and structure of industrial-technical education and in work of separate educational establishments; at a spelling of a history of industrial-technical higher educational establishment, much of them were based in 1920s. Sphere of use: higher educational institutions.
