The theoretical and metedological base of appearing and preventing of professional deformation of Civil Servants in bodies of the state power in Ukraine is researched in the Dissertation. The researching of nature of the Civil Servants' professional "burning down" is analyzed. It permitted on example of native and foreign researches to open possibilities to use effective preventive methodic and technologies of psychological problems in the professional activity of Civil Servants in Ukraine.
