Kitova O. Organization of the productive labour of the senior pupils of the secondary schools of the Donetsk industrial region (the second half of the XX c.).

Total scientific-theoretical analysis has been realized in the dissertation and it has been summarized the experience of organization of productive labour in the secondary schools of Donetsk region during the second half of XX c. It has been also discovered leader scientific ideas of the organization of the productive labour of senior pupils. It has been determinated the steps and steps-by- steps of its development in the secondary schools of the Donetsk industrial region during the second half of XX c., and the specification of the process has been discovered. Тhe basic methods (explanation, instructions, exercises, designing, modeling, planning etc.), the forms (individual, brigade and frontal of the basic of the industrial enterprises shops, school shops, cooperatives, repair-construction and training-production brigades), the kinds of (agricultural, industrial, labour in the sphere of service), and the conditions (psychology-pedagogical, methodical, technical, economic) of organization of productive labour in the schools of Donetsk region during second half of XX c. have been developed in according to the determinate steps. The perspective and further directions of actualization relative to the ideas and experiences of organization of productive labour have been developed as the result of this work.
