Balyuk R. Tradition and innovations in the conditions of masovyzatsiya of modern society

The thesis is devoted to analysis and correlation of tradition and innovation in the conditions of masovyzatsiya of modern society. The analysis of theoretical and methodological principles of research tradition and innovation is realiged. The subject field and stages of development issues are outlined. The transformation of tradition and innovation in the conditions of contemporary social challenges are investigated. It is established that in the conditions of masovyzatsiya of modern society, the tradition is involuted and assumes the character of the simulacrum, which leads to the intensification of innovative activity. This leads to the transformation of the subject of social process - the source of the progressive development of society is a creative person, innovation medium. The characteristic features of the functioning of tradition and innovation in Ukraine are analysed.
