Kulykova V. Experimental substantiation of identification of the agent of equine viral arteritis by polymerase chain reaction.

The decision of a scientific problem on diagnostics and optimization of parameters of cultivation of the equine viral arteritis (EVA) of an agent was the purpose of the present research, biological characteristics of the agent of EVA were studied. The target application of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) for diagnostics of the agent of EVA was scientifically established, it was established that PCR can be applied in complex diagnostics with the neutralization reaction. For the first time it is investigated the conserved region of an agent of EVA virus, to the agent of EVA were picked up specific primers which were complement to gene E and define RNA of the cultivated straine of Bucyrus — the agent of EVA; were studied optimal parameters of PCR statement for definition of virus RNA on purpose of diagnostic.
