Essay

The object of the study is the pathology of liver and kidneys of animals at piroplasmidoses. The purpose of the study is to develop the informative methods of diagnostic of hepatorenal syndrome beside dogs under babesios and its treatment. The methods of the studies are epizootological, clinical, morphologycal study of blood (erythrocytes, trombocytes), physical (hematocryte value, velocity of erythrocyte settle, colour of the urine, relative density of the urine), biochemical (the contents of the haemoglobin, glucoses, the general proteins and its fraction, bilirubin, cholesterol, urea, creatinin; the activity of AlAT, AsAT, GGTP, alkaline phosphathasa, alpha-amylasa in the blood, the tymol test, microscopic study of sediment of urine), histological, statistical. Scientific novelty: the dependency degree defeats liver and kidneys is for the first time installed from stage of the babesios current beside dogs, theoretically and experimental motivated of the hepatorenal syndrome pathogenes. The informative methods of diagnostic to liver and kidney pathology are desined beside dogs at hepatorenal syndrome, which caused by babesios. The methods of the recovering the functional condition liver and kidney under dogs' babesios are theoretically designed and experimental motivated . It is offered: on the grounds of diagnostic standard of judgement of the liver and kidneys condition the informative methods of hepatorenal syndrome of dogs under babesios are designed. The schemes of the reconstruction of liver and kidneys morphofunctional status beside dogs under babesios depending on stage of disease are offered. It is introduced: the materials of the thesis are used in scholastic process at study of discipline "Clinical diagnostics of the animals diseases", "Veterinary clinical biochemistry", "Internal disease of animals" and research functioning at the high educational institutions of third and fourth levels to accreditations on pulpit of the internal diseases of animals of the Lviv national university of veterinary medicine and biotechnology of the name of S.Z. Gzhytskiy; of the internal diseases of animals; of the surgery and diseases of small animals of Lugansk national agrarian university; of the therapy, parasitology and veterinary-sanitary expert operation of the Poltava state agrarian academy. The results of the studies are introduced in clinical institutions of veterinary medicine of Zhitomir - a scholastic veterinary clinic of the Zhitomir national agroecologycal university and the private clinic of veterinary medicine named "Bagira". The sphere of the use: veterinary medicine.
