A research object is public relations which are affected at the feasance of robbery. Research purpose: development oflegal-psychological l bases of counteraction of robbery as to the public-dangerous and protivopravnomu phenomenon. Research method - scientific (system, structural-functional, analysis and synthesis, analogy, deduction and induction); concrete-scientific (comparative-legal, logiko-legal, historical, matematiko-statistical); method of legal-psychological l researches (supervision, conversation, polling, analysis, expert estimation). A scientific novelty consists of that work is first in Ukrainian science of legal psychology monographic research, to the devoted legal-psychological l features of robbery. A concrete deposit consists of ground of new theoretical conclusions, clarification of maintenance of separate concepts and terms which have an important value for science of legal psychology and legal practice. Practical value - consists of leading to of possibility of the use of psychological knowledges for counteraction robberies. Object and degree of introduction - drawn on research results in practical activity of organs of internal affairs and in an educational process Efficiency of introduction - the acts of introduction testify to the positive estimations of application of results research. A sphere of the use is pravoprimenitel'naya activity and educational process.
