Lutsky M. Рsychological forensic in administrative tort procedure

Object of research - social relations that arise in connection with the commission of administrative offenses. Aim: development of theoretical basis and practical recommendations for conducting forensic psychological examination in an administrative tort process. Research мethods - general (systemic, structural-functional analysis and synthesis, analogy, deduction and induction); concrete scientific methods (formal and dogmatic, comparative law, historical and legal), specific psychological and legal studies (interview, interviews, observations, studies of administrative offenses). Scientific innovation is that this work is the first monographic study in Ukraine, which comprehensively analyzes the need for specific psychological knowledge in handling cases on administrative violations and can provide this need by means of legal psychology.
