The object: professional activity of social teacher on socially-legal defence of child; the purpose: theoretically to ground and experimentally check the organizationally-methodical terms of practical activity of social teacher on providing of child rights; methods: analysis of literature, synthesis, systematization and generalization, supervision, conversation, interviewing, questionnaire, study of documentation, modelling and planning, socially-pedagogical experiment, statistical methods; novelty: essence and maintenance of social teacher activity on providing of child rights were theoretically justified and experimentally approved, organizationally-methodical terms of activity of social teacher on providing of rights for a child were experimentally approved; results: the program of preparation and retraining of social teachers was worked out for realization of socially-pedagogical tasks on providing of child rights, technology of social teacher activity in case of child rights violation, training-methodical providing of the special courses for preparation and retraining of social teachers; branch – social pedagogics.
