The subject of study - cloning of the genus Artemisia L. The goal of the study - development of scientifically sound and effective methods of propagation material of tauric wormwood by green rooting and annual lignified cuttings. Methods of the study - phenology - monitoring the seasonal cycle of plant development, biochemical, and biometrics - identification of the dynamics of plant growth and development, statistics - evaluation of the reliability of the results. The research was conducted on the development of methods of vegetative propagation technology of the tauric wormwood. The dependence of yield and rooting of softwood cuttings and annual hardwood cuttings on the growth conditions of the grafter. Preparation of softwood cuttings should be made from the apical and medial part of the scion and annual hardwood cuttings from the basal part of the scion.
