Essay

Object – the process of professional training a future teacher in the high educational establishments; aim – to reveal the influence of the worked out and theoretically grounded technology of the future teacher training as for facilitating communication on the formed future teachers’ readiness to realize it in professional work; methods – theoretical, empirical, statistical; novelty – the technology of the future teacher training as for facilitating communication organizing, the main stages of which (preparatory-motivating, instructive-procedural, facilitation experience obtaining) are supplied with the means of pedagogical support (help, accompaniment, assistance, interaction etc.), is theoretically grounded and experimentally checked for the first time and its effectiveness is proved; the pedagogical conditions of successful realization of the future teacher training technology as for organizing of facilitating communication (organization of humanistic interaction, favorable psychological microclimate creating) are revealed; the term «facilitating communication» is defined as a kind of humanistic interaction of a teacher and students on the basis of subject-subject relations of mutual acceptance, mutual respect, empathy, tolerance, giving help, assistance; structural components of faci¬litating communication (requisite, cognitive-procedural, personal-behavioral) are specified; diagnostic instruments for defining criteria (motivational, instructive-procedural, personal and reflexive) and indices of the levels of students readiness for facilitating communication organizing with pupils are worked out; the problems of the forms and methods of facilitating communication between pedagogical process subjects (facilitating propensity of communication in the conditions of the group methods of teaching organizing and during discussion conducting) are further developed; results – the expounded theoretical thesis, the practical working outs can be used in the educational establishments to renovate the contents of lectures and practical studies in Pedagogy, in Bases of Pedagogical Craft; while pedagogical support organizing; in the process of writing of graduation and course papers by students; while writing textbooks, special courses; in the system of continuous education of contemporary secondary school teacher; sphere – pedagogy.
