Dmitrik I. Social politics of the Soviet state and her realization in Donbass during NEP period (1921-1928)

In the thesis for a Candidate of Science Degree the complex analysis of the of social politics of the Soviet state and its realization in Donbass during1921-1928 years is rendered. It is done in acorolinge with such subject-matter blocs: the level of financial and welfare security of different social groups in the region; the analysis of individual measures, which were colled upon to guarantee the embodying social standards in the sphere of public health, social security of the unemployments, street urchins, invalids, temporary disabled people. It is proved, that the interpretation of the state's strategy was depended on the resourses, the initiative of lokal organs of government and specific institutions, which doning this work daily. On the one hand, class, on the other hand - situational character of social programmes, the constant search the ways of realization in the conditions of permanent deficit of means and necessity of mass range of population were those factors, which were escorted the public transformations in the period of NEP. In the struggle with anomalies of the society's development they applied the mechanisms of social mobilization, which had to provide great transformation.
