The thesis also contains motivation of the need of maintenance system of military vehicles improvement by introducing additional diagnosis with rational frequency in maintenance system cycles. In the work, the technique and mathematical model for rational frequency diagnosis are improved. Their algorithm and simulation program are of organizational technological interaction worked out between spheres of vehicles use and maintenance and repair base.
