Essay

The thesis deals with the issue of differentiation of physical training of the cadets as a part of an integrated approach in physical education. While working out the method we took into consideration the insufficient level of the development of the effective differentiating approaches to physical training, ascertained during the theoretical investigation, along with educational conditions for their application to physical training of the cadets, and data of the longitudinal experiment on distinctive peculiarities of the changes in general physical efficiency, health, fitness, the structure of changes in the letter, correlation between its indicators as well as between them and changes in physical haelth of the cadets with the most common thoracic and muscular somatotypes (93.4% of the total sampling) during the stages of training. The basis for the organizational and methodological guidlines of effective differentiation of the cadets' physical training and pedagogical conditions for practical application has been developed. The experimental examination of the current physical educational program worked out with the purpose of improving physical health and fitness of the cadets with the investigated somatotypes has shown the highest effectiveness in fulfilling the array of tasks (improving fitness, efficiency, health, readiness of graduates to enter the higher educational military establishments), while the ad hoc developed program has been found effective in attaining the highest results only in a separarte task, which makes it possible to recommend using these developments in the process of physical training taking into accound of the spiority of the set tasks.
