Essay

In the thesis is examined the complex of publically-political and historically-legal problems, which are connecting with the processes of formation and transformation of Soviet criminal-executive system and its role and place in the struggle with "enemies of people" in the Western Ukraine in the first period of "sovietization" of region.On the wide sources base are analyzed legal reasons of arrests and eviction, their action and scales. Characterized the conditions of holding in prisons of pre-trial investigation and in establishments of execution of punishment, daily conditions of dwelling the families of "enemies of people" on special settlements and in the places of deportation.
