Mykhajlenko V. Development of composition and technology of gel with nimesulid and bee venom

First scientifically and experimentally composition and technology of soft medicinal as gel with nimesulid and bee venom for treatment of rheumatic diseases of joints, arthritis and arthrosis have been grounded. Influence of non-waters solvents and preservatives on the technological properties of gel have been determined, and choices of gel formation agents have been grounded. On the basis of physical-chemical, technological, microbiological and pharmacological researches the composition and rational technology of gel "Api-art" has been developed. The properties of the developed gel have been studied; the methods of quality analysis have been offered, the term of medicine "Api-art" hаve been determined. Pharmacological researches prove harmlessness of medicine and studied it specific anti-inflammatory and analgesic activity. The projects of technological industrial regulation and analytical normative document are developed.
