In dissertation the essence and features of informative and communication culture (ICC) is reflected as a necessary condition of professional preparation of teacher in modern infomative society. It is definite and base components ICC are grounded: informative world view, ІCТ-competence, culture of the professional reading that lingvocommunicative competence. The psychological and pedagogical bases of forming of ICC of future teacher of natural-mathematical disciplines are analysed, the row of positive and negative factors of the use of computer technique and informative-of communication technologies is exposed. Pre-conditions of effective construction of the ICC future teachers at a different level of management by education are exposed, and also on the basis of the system, personality oriented, activity and competence approaches the developed proper pedagogical model. The analysis of aspects of creation of developing informative-educational environment is given for forming of ICC of future teacher of natural-mathematical disciplines (application of innovative forms of teaching, presence of the electronic navchalno-metodichnogo providing, introduction of discipline of "Basis of informative and communication culture of teacher", organization of independent work of students with the use of informative-of communication technologies, prosecution of informatsiyno-poshoucovimi tasks and other). The necessity of the use of innovative forms of employments is marked; modern educational and methodical providing; organizations of independent work of students in an informative environment for forming of their ICC. It is definite by research, that ICC of future teacher of natural-mathematical disciplines passes three conditional levels (low, middle, high) and relies on the degree of formed of its base components (informative world view, ІCТ-competence, culture of the professional reading that lingvocommunicative competence).
