The dissertation is devoted to investigation of the complex of questions that connected with the phenomenon of tourism as socio-ethical factor of development of society in conditions of unstable transition society. It was shown that tourism according to its cultural means and social orientations is one of the important factor of promotion of peace on Earth, coincidence of social and individual interests, providing of co-evolutional type of connections of society and nature, minimization of social evil, indoctrination of anti-crises strategy of stable development. In dissertation expose conceptual essence and main forms of reveal of "responsible tourism" in modern social practice.
