Dissertation is devoted development of composition and technology of medical foam with the complex of bacteriophages. The methodical going is developed scientifically creation of medical foam for a prophylaxis and treatment of infectious diseases caused by pathogenic microorganisms cultures. In theory and experimentally grounded composition and technology of preparation under the conditional name "Hexazolum", which contains: hydrosol of complex of bacteriophages, polysorbate 80, emulsive beeswax, olive oil, propyl parahydroxybenzoate and freon 134а. On the basis of conducted complex physical and chemical, biological researches is developed optimum technology and methods of standardization of foamy preparation. High antimicrobial activity of medical foam is well-proven in relation to the basic exciters of infectious process and stability of preparation in the process of storage (2 years).
