Essay

Thesis is devoted to development of composition and technology of tablets with pulmonological prescription. Reasonability and possibility of ketotifene fumarate, ambroxol hydrochloride, licorice root dry extract and theobromine combining in one medicine for breathing tracts diseases treatment have been grounded scientifically and experimentally (thermogravimetric and X-ray analysis). Based on the results of physical, chemical, technological and pharmacological researches of active substances auxiliary matters have been selected, composition, production technology (wet granulation method), and standardization methods (HPLC method) have been developed for a new tabletted medicine under conditional name “Amkesol” for application in pulmonology.
