It is set that configuration of overhead scale of occipital bone of people VIII and ХХ ages are more related to the form of skull, and morphometric descriptions - with sexual belonging. In the process of research we came to the conclusion, that for passing 12 ages of cardinal changes of form and sizes of overhead scale of occipital bone did not happen. Diminishing of depth and volume of overhead scale of occipital bone is exposed, that can be it is CPLD, from one side, with scientific and technical progress, laying the large intellectual loading on the frontal department of cerebrum, from other - changes of social environment and terms of life, that was instrumental in diminishing of stake of manual labour, resulting in "unloading" of nuchal muscles of neck and decline of their role in forming of scale of occipital bone. Built computer models of occipital bone of skulls of people VIII and ХХ ages allowed to execute the computer analysis of distinctions between the studied anatomic objects. Information of computer design confirmed the morphometric indexes of parameters of scale of occipital bone fully.
