Essay

The dissertation deals with the stady of the peculiarities of spleen structure under the influence of the high levels of glucocorticoides and bisphos-phonate on an organism. It was revealed that used of glucocorticoides leads to the changes in spleen structure in rats of various age and these changes are noted at all stages of its structurae organization. Manifestation of these changes depends upon the age of the animals, a type and duration of influence on them drags (hydrocortisone and dexametasone). Stopping of the effect of glucocorticoides on the organism leads to normalization of morpho-metric data of the spleen in the mage rats. Introducing of zoledronate into the rat organism decrease negative effect of glucocorticoides.
