Object – constitutional peculiarities of sonographical parameters of spleen; purpose – to trace organometrical sonographical parameters of spleen and their correlations with anthropometrical, somatotypological indices, indices of component compound of body mass in healthy urban both sex juveniles of Podillya of different age and different somatotypes; methods – sonographical, anthropometrical and somatotypological, statistic analysis; the results – peculiarities of sonographical parameters of spleen and their correlations with anthropometrical and somatotypological indices in healthy urban both sex juveniles of Podillya of different age and different somatotypes are estimated; regression models of individual sonographical parameters of spleen in persons of different somatotypes based on these correlations are build; branch – medicine.
