Essay

The dissertation research analyses the social and philosophical relationship of economic and ethical rationality. It reflects different approaches to the definition of ethical rationality: religious, communication, neoaristotle. Observed the advantages and disadvantages of each of these approaches. Great attention is paid to the interrelation between the economy and culture in the postmodern era. It explores culture of production, consumption culture, corporate leadership model. Considering the culture of the organization and making conclusions about the lack of unified theory of the moral code of the organization.
