Sakhnik O. Psychological factors of person-oriented training of the personnel of Internal Affairs Bodies for managerial activity

The dissertation is devoted to determining of psychological factors of effective implementation of person-oriented training of the personnel of Internal Affairs Bodies (IAB) for managerial activity. The work contains theoretical and methodological grounds and the results of empirical research of the problem. The content of professional and psychological training of modern IAB leaders for managerial activity as well as psycho-diagnostic criteria of its effectiveness have been specified taking into consideration their experimentally determined higher-priority professionally essential qualities. Mini profile of successful IAB leaders and their express-psychograms have been created. The program of person-oriented professional and psychological training of Ukrainian IAB personnel for managerial activity, which is directed at the development of their , higher-priority professionally essential qualities, has been worked out.
