As a result of analytical and experimental investigations the choice of liquid-active working environment for the process of formation 50-60 g/l Lakruteks, 50-60 g/l karbamol SEM, 1-2 g/l amoniy chlor; a way, method and device for vibration of parts of hats, increasing by 12,7 % productivity and 49 % reduction in energy costs determined rational process modes of vibration of the parts.
