Malovichko V. Point's maintenance efficiency increase by means of their parameters control automation

Research object is point maintenance process. Thesis goal is point maintenance effectiveness increase and operating costs decrease by means of their parameters control automation. Results are obtained by means of mathematical modeling methods, numerical methods, Fourier transform, statistical analysis methods, modeling with artificial neural networks apparatus usage. Electromechanical process, which occurs at electric point machine, mathematical model developed, that allows most widespread point's defects diagnostic characteristics definition. Based on switch operation current time dependence statistical analysis current boundary functions defined and current functions spline approximation was made, which allow automatic point's technical state control method realization with offered current deviation from boundary values integral estimate procedure and artificial neural networks apparatus usage. Electric point machine maintenance at service and supply section of signalling and communication division by means of designed automated control test bench method basis improved. Listed results usage allows point maintenance effectiveness increase by means of hardware-software complex automatic point diagnosis.
