Research object is sorting track filling process by carriages. Thesis goal is sorting yard track occupancy control effectiveness increase by means of track line test signals spectrums correction method development and use. Circuit theory, digital signal processing methods, mathematical simulation, system identification, Fourier transform, wavelet transform, statistical check of hypotheses, artificial neural networks methods, multidimensional statistical analysis used for thesis assigned problems solution. For the first time test and output signals spectrums correction method developed and theoretically proved, which allows special test signals identification area extending over input signals that approximates necessary test signal with poor accuracy. Sorting yard track occupancy control method improved, which differs from existing by test signals spectrums correction method usage and distances to cuts classifier of an "artificial neural network" kind application. Sorting yard track occupancy control hardware-software complex pre-production model is developed, which realizes offered method. Thesis scientific results as well as developed models and methods can be used for sorting yard track occupancy control automatic system design.
