Essay

Extraction of the vitis vinifera leaves of sorts Isabelis and Kaberne by an 40% ethyl alcohol has been conducted by the methods of maceration, fractional maceration and vacuum-filtration extraction. It has been determined that the rational method of extraction of the vitis vinifera leaves of both sorts is vacuum-filtration extraction. Tablets has been obtained by wet granulation using thick extract as a moisturizer and by direct pressing using dry extract. It has been set that obtaining of tablets by direct pressing with dry extract amount up to 25% is most rational. Methods of identification and quantification of active substances with their joint presence have been proposed. Stability of preparation in the process of storage has been proved. Methods of tablets standardization have been developed.
