According to analysis of copies and documents the preconditions and essence of Soviet politics towards Priesthood Ukrainian believers in 20-30-th XX century were investigated. The author underlines, that an attack on religious and spiritual life of Ukraine was in unison with the attack of traditional life, on moral and ethics. The main features of bolshevik atheism were analyzed, it came to the conclusion that the most important postulate: the belief in fairy future "Reign of God", the belief in evolutionary coming of a human being; the worship to founders, teachers, the existence of universal ideology; the idea of world revolution (missionary work); uncompromising hostility to other ideologies, having its own "priesthood" - Party apparatus and "inquisition" - punishing security. The steps of development in state - churches relation in 20-30-th are proved. The content depicts the illegal work of Orthodox Priesthood and the repulse of Ukrainian people to the theory and practice of atheistic doctrine. As a result of it is a forming of Real Orthodox Church (ROC) opposed as to patriarch throne as to the Soviet Rule. In 1936 - 1938th the Soviet Rule greatly harmed to religious underground.
