Sas O. Formation of the life competence of 6-7 year-old children in the terms of social role activity

In the thesis the problem of the formation of the life competence of 6-7 year-old children in the terms of social activity is analysed; the theoretical analysis of modern approaches to solving this problem is given; conceptual essence and content of the concepts "life competence and social role activity of 6-7 year-old children" are revealed; the criteria and the levels of formation of life competence of 6-7 year-old children are defined and theoretically based; the complex research is conducted, and on its basis the model of the formation of life competence of children of this age is developed, the main components of the model are motivational, cognitive and practical elements. The technology of the formation of the life competence of 6-7 year-old children which was tested in preschool educational institutions is formed.
