Kaminska M. Treatment of decelerated consolidation of children's fractures bones (clinical-experimental study).

The thesis is dedicated to diagnostics, preventive maintenance and treatment of decelerated consolidation of children's fractures. In the present scientific work signs of bones' reparative regeneration disturbances (RRD) were defined by means of X-ray and ultrasound studies with doppler bloodstream in area of primary bone blister shaping.. For the first time experiments carried out on rats showed indicative data of optimize dalargin effect not only at the stage of inflammation (catabolic phase) but also at anabolic phase - cells proliferation and shaping of specific structures tissue.The developed algorithm for children's fracture RRD applied directly to treatment and preventive maintenance helped to increase percentage of recovery, to cut treatment period and to reduce the amount of orthopedic complications that further would require rehabilitation, sanatorium and surgical treatment
