Kryklyvyy R. The public prosecution in cases of fraud.

The thesis is devoted to the problems of public prosecution in cases of fraud. The sense of public prosecution in cases of fraud in conditions of adversarial procedure in Criminal Procedure is researched, legal status of a public prosecutor as a subject of prosecution’s process is analyzed. Methodological and typical problems of public prosecutor’s preparing to activity in cases of this distinction are delighted. Characters of the problems appearing before a public prosecutor on different levels of trial are discovered: preliminary hearing, preparatory part of the trial, judicial investigation, argumentation. There are submitted suggestions to improve on public prosecution procedural independence.
