Essay

Dissertation is devoted development of composition and technology of complex action soft medicinal form for locomotor apparatus diseases and phlebitis prevention and treatment. Composition of «Algozan» preparation in form of gel with diethylamine diclophenac and horse chestnut extract has been grounded theoretically and experimentally. Determination of gel production technological parameters and optimum way of active substanses introduction into composition has been conducted. Physical and chemical charactreristics of a gel developed has been studied, methods of its quality analysis has been proposed, storage terms and conditions has been established. Results of pharmacological studies on specific biological activity and biological harmlessness of «Algozan» preparation has been presented.
