Essay

The investigation is devoted studying of peculiarities of morphofunctional characteristics of the rats' adrenal glands and somatic lymph nodes at different terms of the period of readaptation after 60-days in conditions of hyperthermal influence of extreme degree of expressiveness and pharmacological correction of extract of Ginkgo biloba leaves. In the research, anatomical, histological, ultramicroscopic, morphometric and statistical methods were used. Found that extreme chronic hyperthermia leads to the development to hydropic dystrophy, focal and total necrosis adrenal parenchyma cells and induction of apoptosis of immune cells of lymph nodes.
