Essay

In dissertational work it is made excursus to rhetoric history, is defined the essence of scientific concept "rhetorical abilities of the future teachers of an elementary school", is analyzed the problem of formation of person rhetorical abilities of the student relative to development of education in Ukraine, is analyzed, expanded and experimentally checked the theoretical model of modern youth rhetorical abilities and system of creative exercises and tasks which promote formation of the above-named abilities of pedagogical faculties students of higher schools, are defined the condition of rhetorical abilities formation in future teachers of an elementary school, also defined criteria and indicators of these abilities development levels at students. It is the pedagogical technology that is offered of the educative discipline adoption "Rhetoric" in high schools curriculums during vocational training of the pedagogical faculties students. According to the purpose and tasks of rhetorical preparation the teaching material has been selected. The basic forms of pedagogical interaction for the purpose of students rhetorical abilities formation have different kinds of lectures, a practical training, independent work of students, consultations, training, pedagogical practice. The main abilities formation methods are method of exercises, didactic games, a case-method, a design method, brain storm, rhetorical warm-ups, educational public performances, conversations, discussions, dispute, the analysis of pedagogical situations, etc. The Author of dissertation grounds such effective methods of teaching aids: print, sound, screen, screen-sound. Different kinds of the control used with the purpose of regulation in rhetorical preparation process.
