The dissertation is devoted to a scientifically-methodical background of the basic approaches and the practical recommendations which have been directed on increase of efficiency of the decision of marketing functions of chemist's networks. In work for the first time on the basis of the complex approach the comparative analysis of features of marketing activity of the domestic chemist's enterprises of network and not network forms of commerce is lead, the structure and a degree of performance of marketing functions of chemist's networks is certain, The expediency of introduction of a position of the marketing expert is proved. The model of system of increase of efficiency to the decision of marketing functions of drugstores and their networks, based on a combination of approaches to perfection of personnel maintenance of chemist's network structures with principles of management of marketing activity on the basis of orientation to the client is offered.
