Yarova M. Formation and Development of Vocal-Choral Education in Podillia Region (end of the XIX - beginning of the XX Centuries)

The dissertation deals with historic-pedagogical analyses of formation and development of vocal-choral education in Podillia region. Scientific analysis of the process of formation, peculiarities of development of music education in educational establishments of the region, their interconnection with educational organizations of Podillia region is done; historical pre-conditions of formation of vocal-choral education in Podillia region, connected with the system of church-spiritual institutions are analysed; music-pedagogical activity of famous and little known in Ukraine pedagogues-musicians, teachers of singing is revealed; the content of educational process in vocal-choral training of specialists in educational establishments, the ways of personalization of pedagogues are analysed; achievements in vocal-choral education, historical-pedagogical experience are generalized, and perspective ways of their usage in modern pedagogical practice of Ukraine are determined.
