Essay

The theoretical-methodological basics of the human-geographical research of coastal territories are exposed, essential characteristics and approaches to their classification are determined. The features of complex creation processes in coastal areas are shown. Methodic of human-geographical study of the tourism and recreational development of coastal territories is formulated. Assessment of organizational and legal base and international experience in planning of coastal territories development are given. The factors and problems of development of sea-economical complex of coastal areas in Ukraine are revealed.
