Kharlamov M. The development of vocational education in the USSR in 1921-1929

The object of the research: system of vocational education, namely questions of formation and development of professional schools on preparation of the personnel for an industry and agriculture of republic, and also organization of educational process in these educational establishments, their financial base, formation of the teaching staff and quota of the pupils. The purpose of the dissertation is creation of a complete, objective picture of a history of formation and development of the bottom level of vocational education - mass vocational schools in USSR in 1921-1929. Methods: historical, statistical, logical, method of the analysis and synthesis of sources; comparative-historical, problem-chronological, retrospective, structural-system. Scientific novelty: the dissertation is the first complete research of the first level of vocational education of USSR in 1921-1929, namely vocational schools. The practical value of the dissertation: the materials of dissertation research can be used at a spelling of the monographs, preparation of educational courses on a history of Ukraine, history of a science and engineering, history of the Ukrainian culture. Sphere of use: higher educational institutions.
