Skrypchuk G. State reformation of the cultural sphere of Ukraine under conditions of economic and social crisis of 1991-2001

The object of the research: the situation of cultural sphere of Ukraine per the first decade of its independence, which is caused by the objective and subjective factors of state development, historical circumstances of the period of "constructions of state" or "of the transitive period" (from totalitarian, one-party, dependent on Moscow society to the market, liberal-democratic, multiparty, independent country); directions and features of reforming of national culture in these conditions. The purpose of the dissertation is the complex analysis of activity of bodies of the executive and legislative authority in Ukraine in the field of reforming cultural sphere, support of its viability in conditions of economy crisis, fall of the social and humanitarian standards of life; the modernization component in development of cultural branch of the country, formation of cultural politics should be investigated by the appropriate bodies of authority. Methods: induction, historical-genetic, methods of criticism of sources and comparative criticism of sources of a different origin. Scientific novelty: this is a first complex research of set of the crisis phenomena in the field of the Ukrainian national culture and directed on its overcoming reforms efforts of the state, considered in a context of the tasks of modernization of Ukraine. The practical value of the dissertation: the materials of the dissertation can be used during preparation and learning of general and special educational courses, development of methodical materials, manuals and textbooks on the newest history of Ukraine, history of national culture of the period of independence; the materials of research also can be used by the experts of the Ministry of culture, other administrative, authority and scientific structures in questions of development of the further plans of reforming of branches of culture.
