Dissertation is devoted to the building of the psychological readiness of future teachers to work in conditions of socioeconomic changes. The thesis contains of a theoretical ground, methodical base and results of empiric research of the problem. The main approaches to the understanding of the concept of readiness to work in socioeconomic changes are presented in research. Content and structure of psychological readiness of future teachers to work in conditions of socioeconomic change that includes the following components: motivational, cognitive, operational, and personal is discovered. Features of the psychological readiness of future teachers to work in conditions of changes, and levels of its development are discovered. Insufficient level of psychological readiness of future teachers to work in conditions of socioeconomic changes was found. Correlation between level of development of psychological maturity and organizational-professional, socio-demographic and family characteristics was analyzed. A program of psychological training of future teachers to work in conditions of socioeconomic changes, that include the course "Building psychological readiness of future teachers to work in educational institutions in conditions of changes" and a number of training sessions, that aimed at improving the psychological readiness of future teachers to work in educational organizations in conditions of socioeconomic changes is developed; the results of its experimental implementation were provided.
