Lozynskiy P. Military-political cooperation of the Commonwealth of Independent States: the establishment, development, transformation the end of the XX - the beginning of the XXI century

Object: the system of international safety is in the context of forming of new architecture of safety in outer geopolitical space. Methods: problem chronologic, logiko-system, synthesis, analogies, systematizations, kontent-analysis. Results: new conceptual approaches are applied for research of the new system of safety; generalized and present miscalculations are analysed in realization of strategy of creation of the system of collective security of countries-members of the CIS; a blank is filled in teoretiko-methodological principles of creation of the system of guaranteing of national safety of countries which acquire the independence during for some time past, by the integral analysis of dynamics of development and capability of Organization of Agreement about collective security in relation to defence of national interests of its countries-participants. Use: for preparation normatively legal bases of perfection of process military-political and military-technical to the collaboration of Ukraine.
