The scientifically-methodical approaches to the adaptive control by pharmaceutical organizations with the use of methods of questionnaire, statistical analysis and design has been grounded in the work. The method of quantitative estimation of external macroenvironment factors influencing to pharmacy enterprises has been performed. The discriminantal models for diagnostics level of pharmacy enterprises development by estimation of microenvironment factors have been developed and constructed. The process design of pharmaceutical enterprise adaptation to the changes of external environment on the example of open corporation "Chemical pharmaceutical factory "Krasnaya Zvezda" has been carried out: the degree of basic component factors of macro- and microenvironment influencing pharmaceutical enterprises has been determined and explored, a stochastic model for the pharmaceutical enterprises adaptation to the changes of external environment and methods of efficiency of adaptation measures of estimation has been done.
